I spend a large part of my days working on websites and servers. Through my 9-5 job and my tinkering in the off hours I’m always running into (or causing) problems. This site is my attempt to share the workarounds that I find, and record my solutions so I don’t forget them.
I am continually learning new things and might not have the best or most perfect solution but hopefully you’ll find something helpful in this site.

Why yakimadev? Do you live in Yakima, WA?
I love the Pacific Northwest and spent some time out there hiking over the years. I came across several places along the way named after the Yakima people and the word has always stuck with me. When I went to create this I needed a name and this name popped into my head and felt good.
